A Safe Space for Real Conversations
Hi, I'm Christie and I'm here to support you on your journey!
I am a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and parents in the social work field. Additionally, I am a mother of two, a wife, and a student. I understand the balancing act many individuals and families navigate, and I bring that insight into every therapeutic relationship. My work is guided by a commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
Currently, I am interning at Real Talk Therapy as I finish my Master's in Social Work at Keuka College. My background includes case management, school mental health counselor, and guidance counselor. I have primarily supported individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and depression, and I have extensive experience in school-based mental health services.
I also lead the Hope Squad, a peer-to-peer suicide prevention program that empowers students to support one another and foster a culture of mental wellness. I place a strong emphasis on building rapport and establishing trust, as I believe these are foundational to meaningful therapeutic progress. I am committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges with empathy, insight, and evidence-based support.
