Hi, I'm Lyndsey and I'm ready to help you create meaningful change!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is real, upfront, and grounded in a deep respect for each person's unique journey. I work from a goal-oriented, trauma-informed lens, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered approach that meets you where you are.


Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a space to clarify your goals and take meaningful steps forward. I work with teens through older adults, as well as couples and LGBTQ+ individuals, creating a safe, supportive space to explore what's working, and what's not.


I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Keuka College, and my Master's in Social Work from New York University in 2007. My professional background includes a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, youth and family services, and most recently, five years working with Veterans of all ages, as well as their caregivers.
