I offer a supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, honoring each client's unique story and resilience.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, and elements of somatic therapy to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and stress. I currently work with adolescents in a residential setting and am a certified trainer in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCI-F).
My diverse background in human services, education, and the corporate world brings a broad perspective to my work. As a parent of two teenagers, I understand the complexities of life's demands and am committed to helping clients build skills, confidence, and emotional well-being.
