A Safe Space for Real Conversations
Hi, I'm Kelsey and I'm here to support you on your journey!
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a CASAC Master-level clinician with a strong clinical focus on addiction, trauma, youth and adolescent mental health, and anxiety related disorders. I am passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan in developing insight, building resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
My clinical experience includes working with diverse populations in both individual, group, and telehealth settings, with a particular strength in engaging youth and those with addictions. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to care, recognizing the impact of life experiences on emotional and behavioral health. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and build on their strengths.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions. I also incorporate motivational interviewing, strengths-based practices, and psychoeducation to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and delivering compassionate, effective care that promotes healing, growth, and long-term well-being

Together, we'll explore your unique challenges and strengths. Drawing from my experience as both a professional and a parent, I'll help you navigate the balancing acts and pressures you're facing.

Using evidence-based approaches and my extensive school-based mental health experience, we'll work together to develop practical strategies that empower you to grow and thrive in your daily life.
What We Do
We offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health support specifically designed for adolescents, young adults, and parents. With over a decade of experience in social work and school-based mental health services, I understand the unique challenges facing today's youth and families.
We provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or navigating the complex pressures of school and family life, we offer personalized support that meets you where you are.
Through my work leading the Hope Squad suicide prevention program and my extensive background in case management and guidance counseling, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every therapeutic relationship. As a mother, wife, and student myself, I truly understand the balancing act many individuals and families face.
Why We Do It
We believe that every young person and family deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered to overcome life's challenges.
Having spent over a decade supporting adolescents and young adults in various settings, from schools to community programs, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of feeling truly seen and heard. Through my work with the Hope Squad and school-based mental health services, I've seen how building trust and rapport can create lasting change in young lives.
My personal journey as a mother, wife, and continuing student gives me unique insight into the pressures and balancing acts that families navigate daily. I'm passionate about creating spaces where young people feel empowered to support one another and where families can find the tools they need to thrive together.
