A Safe Space for Real Conversations

Hello! I'm Linda, and I'm here to support you toward meaningful change.

I began my career in social work later in life, bringing a depth of lived experience that shapes my approach today. As of May 2026, I have over 31 years of experience as a practicing social worker, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.

My journey into this field was not a straight path. Like many of the clients I serve, I have experienced life’s ups and downs, including childhood trauma, family struggles, divorce, and periods of uncertainty about my direction. Through my own therapeutic work, I gained the confidence and insight to heal and grow—an experience that continues to inform my compassionate, understanding approach to therapy.

A turning point in my professional and personal journey was discovering Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). After completing both the basic and Master’s level ART practitioner training with its founder, Laney Rosenzweig, I became deeply committed to this powerful, evidence-based approach. ART has been transformative not only for my clients but also in my own healing process, helping to reduce anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and even the physical effects of stress by replacing distressing images and sensations.

Today, I specialize in working with individuals ages 10 and older, offering support for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, performance anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, work-related stress, and family or divorce issues. I also provide affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community and offer couples counseling.

I am a practical, direct therapist who offers guidance and actionable strategies while creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.

I am honored to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey and to witness the meaningful progress and transformation that can unfold through this work.

What We Do

We offer person-centered, trauma-informed therapy that honors each client's unique story and resilience. With a diverse background spanning human services, education, and the corporate world, I bring a broad, practical perspective to supporting individuals and families through life's challenges.

We provide specialized support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and stress management. Working primarily with adolescents and families, including in residential settings, I understand the complexities that young people and their families face in today's world.

Through an integrated approach combining CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy elements, we create personalized treatment that builds real skills and confidence. As a certified trainer in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCI-F) and a parent of teenagers myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work together.

Why We Do It

We believe that everyone has inherent resilience and deserves a safe space to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Having worked across diverse settings, from residential treatment to corporate environments, I've seen how essential it is to honor each person's unique story while providing practical, evidence-based support. My work with adolescents has shown me the transformative power of creating a truly safe space where young people feel heard and empowered.

As a parent of two teenagers, I understand firsthand the complexities of life's demands and the importance of building skills that last beyond the therapy room. My commitment is to help you develop the confidence, emotional well-being, and resilience needed to navigate whatever challenges life brings your way.
