A Safe Space for Real Conversations
Hi, I'm Samantha, and I'm so glad you're here!
I believe that therapy is for everyone. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time, searching for a clinician that’s right for you, or revisiting after a change in circumstances, I welcome you with respect, compassion, and perspective.
In our sessions together, I make every effort to meet you where you are. That means operating through evidence-based practice while also keeping it real and going at your pace. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients’ lived experiences, including grief and medical events, mood and personality disorders, neurodiversity, family conflict, and more. I like to take trauma-informed and multiculturally sensitive approach, honoring the way your cultural
background and core identities shape your perspective.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals and priorities. As your needs change, we can revisit and adjust our approach
along the way.
Should you choose to work with me, I will be here to support you as you nurture your well-being with care, patience, and clinical expertise. My hope is that therapy can be a space where you
feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

STEP 01:
Getting Real & Goal Setting
We'll start with an honest conversation about what's bringing you to therapy and where you want to go. Together, we'll clarify your goals and identify what's working in your life and what needs to change.
STEP 02:
Building Your Toolkit
Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed techniques, we'll develop practical strategies that fit your life. I'll meet you where you are and help you build skills that create real, lasting change.
STEP 03:
Moving Forward with Intention
Through our ongoing work, you'll gain clarity and confidence to make intentional changes. We'll focus on sustainable progress that helps you navigate challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.
What We Do
We offer real, goal-oriented therapy that respects your unique journey and meets you exactly where you are. With over 15 years of experience across diverse settings, from inpatient psychiatry to veteran services, I understand that healing isn't one-size-fits-all.
We provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals, couples, teens, older adults, and LGBTQ+ clients to explore what's working and what's not. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we focus on clarifying your goals and taking meaningful steps forward.
Through our collaborative approach, we blend evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion and honesty. We believe in your capacity for change and growth, and we're here to help you navigate that journey with clarity and intention.
Why We Do It
We believe that everyone deserves a space to be real, to be heard, and to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Having worked across multiple settings, from youth and family services to substance use treatment to veteran care, I've witnessed the transformative power of honest, goal-oriented therapy. Through our work together, I've seen individuals break through barriers they thought were permanent, couples reconnect with deeper understanding, and people of all ages discover their resilience and strength.
My commitment goes beyond individual sessions. I'm passionate about creating lasting change that extends into your relationships, your work, and your daily life. When you're ready to move forward with intention and clarity, therapy becomes a powerful tool for creating the life you actually want to live.
